Embodied Yin is a combination of relaxing, restorative yoga and intuitive movement. Inviting you to slow down and rejuvenate, encouraging you to meet yourself in what is present at this very moment. Through yoga postures, coscirous work with the breath and self massage techniques we are tuning into the energies of the current season.

Through somatic practices you connect deeply with the physical & energetic body and learn how to regulate your nervous system, manage stress and eliminate tensions.

HOW THE PRACTICE LOOKS LIKE?

Embodied Yin practice deeply rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the profound interconnectedness between nature and the human body. During the practice we dive into mindful exploration of cyclicality, guided by the ever-changing rhythms of the natural world.

Through gentle, intuitive movements and relaxing myofascial stretching, encourage smooth flow of energy throughout the body.

Practice includes somatic techniques to deepen body awareness, vagus nerve stimulation to promote relaxation and stress relief, and pranayama and meditation as our ancoures to cultivate a sense of inner calm and vitality.

Throughout the practice I will be coming with gentle reminder to tune into the subtle cues of your own body, honoring its unique needs and finding ease and flow through the asanas in your own natural time and way.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU SLOW DOWN?

You create space to hear what your body and your mind have to say. You learn the communication with yourself by deepening mindful awareness of how our body feels and what feelings are present in you.

You give yourself space for insights to emerge that you do not have access to when your day is spent by constantly absorbing new information that drowns out the inner voice.

You start to understand yourself better, your struggles, insecurities, and joys. It helps to empathize with others and the world around you on a deeper level.

Slowing down allows the mind to clear the clutter and focus on what truly matters. You gain clarity about your priorities, goals, and aspirations.

A slower pace gives your mind the space it needs to wander, explore, and create. Ideas flow more freely, and you may discover new passions and interests.
